New to NetSuite, but users can effectively look at all data regardless of restrictions
Howdy. Been using this about a month, pretty good learning curve. Have submitted a couple of support cases but never got any replies other than they will look at it.
We have users set with roles and they should be restricted by department.
User A is restricted to department TX for example.
User A runs an income statement and only sees department TX in his list. However he can just click "All" and it will show the income statement for all departments.
He can run a balance sheet and it shows all departments. He can click on cash and see transactions for every department, can't find a way to filter to where it will only show transactions related to his department and not everyone else's.
