Filter transaction saved search

edited Apr 19, 2021 6:17PM in Ask A Guru 18 comments

Hi,

I have transaction saved search with the criteria:

  • Item : Type = is Inventory Item
  • Type =is any of Inventory Adjustment, Purchase Order, Credit Memo
  • Item Number : On Hand > 0

With the results :

  • Item Number : Number - Group
  • Item Number : Location - Group
  • Inventory Detail : Bin Number - Group
  • Internal ID - Max
  • Item Number : On Hand

Since the serial number was in inventory in bin="M171" > Invoiced > returned to inventory to bin="no_bin" there are two rows for the serial# 142504 but the row with the max internal id is the row that reflects where the serial number is now.

Any Idea how can I filter it ?

Howdy, Stranger!
