Inventory Counts Review

IS there an easy way to review the posted inventory counts for large changes as these my be in error? I haven't seen a way to export the Inventory Worksheet table data, is one of the columns display the deltas? Is there a report that could be run to look at the large changes in stock or value to be able to then have it reviewed for accuracy?
