Conditional Field Display on Online Case Form
I have a Custom Entry field on the Customer to represent if they have "Select" support (Field ID: custentity12). It is a check box. Checked = Yes the Customer has Select support.
I have an Online Case form that includes a Custom CRM Level field (custevent_level).
I would like to conditionally display the Custom CRM Level field on the Online Case form, only when the Customer has Select Support, field is checked.
I can accomplish this on a Custom CRM Entry internal form, but can't on either the External Case Form or an Online Case Form using a workflow.
