Sublists & Fields - Sometimes Unable to Hide/Show
Having a couple of issues trying to customize some forms for my team.
In one instance, I've been asked to hide the Item subtab and fields on an Opportunity, but the box to hide them is greyed out. Is there a workaround for this? Why can't we hide it?
On two Sales Order form requests, one needs me to add Tax Code and Rate (they are greyed out) and the other needs me to remove it (both are greyed out).
Is there some place else I need to go to show/hide these? I'm not even sure how they were originally hidden if they can't be removed. I feel like I'm missing something. NS Documentation is not very clear on what can and can't be removed/moved on forms.
