Budget Utilization via API

Hello friends,

I want to show the budget utilization in external system using REST API / SuiteQL / SuiteTalk (I'm a little confused with all the terms, sorry. I just want to use API).

I found this reference:

https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/APIs/REST_API_Browser/record/v1/2020.2/index.html#tag-journalEntry

But I don't see here budget tables...

I previously did this via ODBC by connecting to BUDGET / TRANSACTIONS / TRANSACTION_LINES / ACCOUNTS tables, etc... But how to do this via API?

And another question - is there a utilization calculation / table in the budget module in NetSuite (some table that shows the utilized budget, or it just takes the actuals from the financial transactions?
