Gulp local stuck on "Using token ... "

Hello NetSuite Gurus,

I have problem deploying the core SCA code to the NetSuite using SC_20.1_Live distribution. The gulp local command is stuck on "Using token XXXXXX - Account XXXXX, run with --to to change it" and stays like this forever. Is there any way to reset gulp or to debug what is happening in the background? Any other suggestions? The Theme Development Tools 20.2.1 which is using the same token is able to deploy to the NetSuite without any problem.
