Netsuite natively Jump to Error on checkout?

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a setting to allow this behavior to happen? for example, a person forgets to put in their credit card number or type then clicks continue. The page just lets you click "continue" as many times as you want and tells the customer nothing about an error.

Anyway for the page to just to the module with the error?
