How to allocated duties to inbound shipments?

We are creating inbound shipments for each container shipped from our factory, we immediately take ownership of them to show the inventory in-transit from the factory. We then get billed for duties and freight per container, and we would like to allocate those bills to the appropriate inbound shipments, but also need to pay the logistics partner for the costs. I have looked through all of the support guidance on landed costs, but I can't figure out how to get these costs allocated.
