NetSuite Support Center Access Failure

Hi Team,

I was trying to configure my account to raise a ticket in the Support Center.

I have already added the "NetSuite Support Center" role to my account.

Try to access the Support Overview tab in the menu

The portal is accessible, but click the Netsuite Account Center, this error came out

Anyone knows how to resolve it.
