Item Fulfillment Email - Remove Rate & Amount

Our team is wanting to remove rate and amount from our item fulfillment email. However, I don't know how to access the item table to remove those specific elements.

Is the only way to customize this still only Setup -> Accounting -> Customize Fulfillment Email?

Can we use the system templates for SuiteComm for all and not just the web orders?
