Display "name" rather than "email address" in from field of campaign emails

How do I get my company name to be displayed in the from field rather than the campaign email address when I send a campaign?

We also use CC and that is super easy, barely an inconvenience. But I can figure it out here in Netsuite.

Also on an iPhone, the from field reads "system@sent-.....something" which is even worse.

I'd also like the reply to filed to be info@rileysrealwood.com.
