SiteBuilder Domains with/without www

I have a site built with SiteBuilder. When set up domain, let's say the domain is "exampledomain.com", in order for both "exampledomain.com" and "www.exampledomain.com" to work properly, do we must set up domain for both exampledomain.com and www.exampledomain.com? If we set up both domain, NetSuite will generate different CNAME.

Do you think I just need to set up one, should work? If so, which one? The one with www or the one without?
