Inventory valuation report column showing last date sold?

Does anyone know how to add a column to the inventory valuation report that would show the date the item last sold? Or a way to filter the results to not include items that sold during a date range?

I have tried so many filters and none seem to work.

Also is there a list somewhere that describes all the filter options? This is complicated
