Drag and Drop Move Button Missing from DND File Cabinet
Good Morning,
In our DND FC we 'used' to have a 'move' button. I see the 'move' button in my Demo accounts, however when I click on a DND folder the 'move' button appears and then disappears. This activity makes me think that it is a 'script' removing the button, or workflow hiding the button but I can't determine where to even start looking for this in the system.
We need to move a 'bunch' of files from the upper level directory to a lower level directory in order to stay more in compliance with Audit and controls. Are there any suggestions of where we need to look to see why the button appears and disappears? Have anyone else run into this?
