FedEx and International Shipping

in Ask A Guru 6 comments

Trying to get Fedex shipping configured in a Sandbox to ship from a US location to a CAD location. On fulfillment, I'm getting this error: You must set either the Employer Identification Number (EIN) or SSN/TIN (Social Security Number, Tax ID Number) to complete this fulfillment. Please go to Setup > Company Information to set either of these fields and re-submit.

That field is populated.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get this to work without this error. I'm following up with a case to NS support as well.
