Adding Tracking Links in Fulfillment Emails from Netsuite

Hi

We are in the process of updating our TMS (Transporation Management System) and we want to link the tracking number in the fulfillment email outgoing to the customer from Netsuite. Can someone direct us to a resource where we can find out where this is done in Netsuite?
