Bank Feeds transactions are delayed 3 to 4 days
We are located in Canada and using Bank Feed suiteapp connected to Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). This automatically connects and loads bank and credit card transactions from our RBC accounts each morning at 8AM.
I am wondering why the newest transactions loaded each day are 3 or 4 days old? For example, today is July 23 but my most recent imported transactions (as seen on the Bank Matching screen) are only July 19. Ideally we would like to be seeing the previous day's transactions and at worst, from 2 days ago.
What controls the date of the most recent transactions fetched when the Bank Feed import runs? If there is no way to configure, is this a bug in this suiteapp?
