Message tab in Work Order

Hi @all,

Message Sublist Missing under Communication Subtab of Work Order:

The Message Sublist is not found under the Communication Subtab of Work Order as in other transactions, even though Emails are Sent to users related to the work order record using workflow/script.


Please advice.
