Removing an old custom record from sending order fulfillment emails so we can use System Email templ

My client that uses NetSuite SiteBuilder wants to use the System Email templates for sending order fulfillment emails. I've customized that one, and the one for order received. The one for order received sends out perfectly and looks great. We are having an issue with the one that is used for fulfilling a sales order.

Turns out, about 10 years ago (they don't remember exactly when) some 3rd party decided the best way to customize their fulfillment emails was to create a custom record with a from and email content field. Probably a good idea at the time but now we want to remove it and can't find out how it is attached.
