How to Backup or Make Copies of Critical Docs

Looking for a time efficient process to print off in PDF format ... all SOs - POs - INVs for archive and tax purposes.

I know I can individually pull up every one of these docs and print them .... but looking for a master SW program or tool to use...

I'm only going to archive 7 years for IRS purposes.
