Payment Instruments
We recently turned on payment instruments without realizing the downstream impact and are experiencing issues related to SuiteCommerce and normal back-end processing.
Does anyone have experience with payment instruments? We have two payment processing profiles; one specifically for web orders and the other for various back-office charges. For our web orders there is no payment profile being saved to the SO at all, just basic card information yet we have a default profile selected on the website setup record.
