Email message sent from Transaction Record
Hi There
When viewing a transaction record (such as an invoice) or an entity record (such as a customer), we send a lot of emails without using an email template.
We are one of many subsidiaries. Our customers are unique to each subsidiary.
Is it possible to set the subject line to reflect the transaction entity's subsidiary?
i.e.
When using the following drop down and selecting email,
the above message template (screenshot 1) appears
In the subject line, there is a reference to the parent company.
I was wanting the subject line to refer to the customer's subsidiary or the subsidiary associated with my role (which is also the same as the customer's subsidiary)
