NSC | How to create Income Statement showing specific Subsidiaries only?
Scenario:
Users want to show only specific group of subsidiaries in the Income Statement.
Solution:
To do this, you need to add another Subsidiary Filter on top of the current subsidiary footer. Below are the steps to achieve this:
1.)Navigate to Reports > Financial > Income Statement
2.) Set the following footer for Subsidiary Context: Parent (Consolidated)
3.) Click Customize
4.) Go to Filters section
5.) Go to Add Fields > Budget and Financial folder > Subsidiary subfolder > Name
6.) Choose the subsidiaries
7.) Click Show in Filter Region (this will make choosing subsidiaries easier, since you will be able to select it in the filter section of the report without having to customize it)
