Saved Search/Report for cases with multiple messages
I am trying to build either a report or a saved search to find out how many cases each month have multiple messages with in that case. We have 1 inbound message from the client and then multiple replies from the support team. I most likley would like to find cases with 3 or more messages to find the first call resolution cases. This is a screen shot of an example case.
I tried using the default First Call Resolution reports but those do not fit my needs based on how we are using cases.
Please let me know how this can be created with either a report or a saved search. Thanks for your help!
