Customise notification to Supervisor for expense approval
Hi There
An account does not have approval routing or Suiteflow set up for employee expense claims.
When an expense claim is created, an automatic email is sent to the supervisor in the following format (where the blue blurred part is a long url for the Netsuite record)
Is there a way to customise this email that is sent out?
or would I need to uncheck the following box and use a workflow to send an email to the approver on creation of a expense claim instead? (where I can customise the email template to be used as part of the workflow)
