NSC | Remove Duplicate Records on Custom Record Saved Search

When running an existing Custom Record Saved Search, there are duplicate lines for a single record. The Main Line field is not available as a Filter on the Custom Record Saved Search.

As a solution, we need to add a criteria of System Notes on the Custom Record Saved Search.

Here is how we will be able how to remove duplicate lines for records:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches 

2. Preferred Custom Record Saved Search: Click Edit

3. Click Criteria tab

4. Click Standard tab

5. Filter:

Note: Always click Set and Add once Field is selected and adjusted as needed.
