Multiple Sales Orders from Same Customer
Looking for suggestions on a way to identify multiple orders from same customers that can be processed the ame day.
A little background. About 1/3 of our customers receive free shipping on all their orders. Some of them make very frequent use of our website and are placing multiple orders per day. I would like to figure out how to recognize these so that the disparate orders can be held and packed and shipped together to help our bottom line.
Normally when we print a pick ticket from sales it can be picked packed and shipped within 15 minutes, sometimes during high volume days it will take much longer. So there is no good predictive way of knowing when duplicates are coming.
