New to NetSuite | Clearing Cache in the Webstore
Webstore caching is one of the most common causes of errors in the web store. It can also cause some of your updates, such as changes to themes, extensions, configurations, and item records, to not show up immediately. To avoid this, you can request a Cache Invalidation Request:
- Go to Commerce > Content Management > Cache Invalidation Requests > New.
- Select the domain(s) you want to clear.
- Choose to Clear cache for the whole domain(s) or Clear cache for the following path(s)
Note: If you select the Clear cache for the following path(s) option, you must add at least one URL path before you click Submit.
