NSC | Wrong Net Book Value in FAM Reports

Scenario:

You are migrating the Mid-life Assets into the system. You performed the CSV import of the Asset itself as per our SuiteAnswers, nevertheless, the Net Book Value is showing the wrong information.

See below my example of the Mid-life Asset FAM000247 with the following information:

Asset Original Cost: 3000

Asset Current Cost: 3000

Net Book value: 2850

Last Depreciation Period: 3

Last Depreciation Amount: 50

As you can see, Asset Net Book Value is in the report wrong. Instead of 2850 is 3000 USD.


Solution:

Without other our interaction, the system cannot automatically recognize, that we have already depreciated 150 USD in a previous system. For the
