Emails with Links not saving
When a customer from the EU places an order on our website we send them an email asking them to confirm that they will accept the customs charges. They have two buttons to press "I accept the customs charges" and "Please cancel this order".
This email has stopped working as Netsuite is striping out the mailto links. Here is the code we have been using:
