NSC | CSV Import > Change Customer's Password

Some users want to change their Customer's password in bulk. You can do so by performing CSV Import. Kindly follow the steps below.

First, create a CSV file containing the following fields:

  • Customer's Internal ID
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  1. Navigate Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
  2. Set Import Type to Relationships
  3. Set Record Type to Customers Only
  4. Select the CSV file created above
  5. Click Next
  6. Set Data Handling to Update
  7. Click Next
  8. On the Field Mapping, map the fields on your CSV file to NetSuite fields same as below:
  • 9. Click Next
  • 10. Rename the CSV Import
  • 11. Click Save & Run
