Can vendors load invoices into the vendor center

I see YouTube videos that show vendors can access bill payment history to see what is still open vs what's been paid, and they can see open PO's that have been issued to them. I'm wondering if they can also send invoices through the vendor portal vs emailing them, and if so, can they "match" them to the appropriate PO?
