NSC | Saved Search > Return Authorization > Created From Field Not a Link
When creating a Return Authorization Saved Search and you add Created From field on the Results tab, it is a standard behavior that it is not a link.
For an alternate solution, you can opt to use Applied To Transaction field, so you can have a link where you can directly open the transaction directly from the Saved Search.
For reference, here's what the Created From and Applied To Transaction fields look like on the Saved Search result:
