NSC | Saved Search > Invoices > Email Already Sent

Here's a sample Saved Search to display Invoices that were already sent via email.

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Select Transaction
  3. Rename the Saved Search
  4. Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
    1. Type is Invoice  
    2. Messages : Internal ID is not none  
    3. Main Line is true
  5. Under the Results tab, add the following:
    1. Document Number
    2. Messages : Subject
    3. Messages : Primary Recipient  
    4. Messages : Author
    5. Note: Add other fields as necessary.
  6. Click Save & Run
