NSC | Saved Search > Criteria Depending on the Number of Character

Here's a sample Saved Search which lists any Sales Orders that even just one of these Criteria is met regarding its Billing Address.

  • The field length of the Bill To Addressee is more than xx characters or left blank
  • The field length of the Bill To Address 1 is more than xx characters or left blank
  • The field length of the Bill To Address 2 is more than xx characters or left blank
  • The field length of the Bill To Zip Code is xx digit or left blank


  • Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  • Select Transaction
  • Rename the Saved Search
  • Under the
