Item does not auto load when its attached to a sales order and specific PO
Hi,
we faced a problem when an item on a sales order is back ordered but when the PO is receipt still it does not commit and kept as back ordered.
pic1 & 2: this is the example SO, which reflects the problem. when we created the SO we have 1 item on hand. so we ordered another 1 item and created the PO
Pic3: once the item was received we marked the PO as received.
pic4: We receipt the item; inventory shows quantity 2 on hand but still now showing BO because of the SO created.
Please let me know if this explanation is understandable. thank you for your help
