Send New Access Notification Email (New User), not shown under Communication tab
- When provisioning a new employee (in SB), and checking the Send new access Notification email, the notification successfully goes to the user.
- The email sent does not show under the Communication tab or under the related records tab
- I have researched SuiteAnswers, Prolecto and No Blue and identified that because it is secure information it doesn't show under communications.
- I understand this is how NS is designed
We would like to see 'something' under communications validating that the email was in fact sent.
Ideas would be to create a subtab with the Sent Email Search, however the sent email list does not show the email being sent
