Updating Customer price level by total sales

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to implement something that will adjust a customer's price level; based on their total sales from the previous year.

Depending on their total sales value, it would determine what price level to use.

I am able to generate a Sales by Customer report, and I can update via CSV; but the process needs to be automated. Is there a way for me to create a workflow or a deployment that can do this?
