Reactivate Your Maintenance Domain and Custom Site Maintenance Page

This notification applies to you if you have at least one maintenance domain and a custom site maintenance page for a website associated with your NetSuite account.

What is Changing

After a recent move of accounts to a different data center, we noticed that the site maintenance domain features were not performing as expected in some accounts. Please perform the procedures listed in the Required Actions section to ensure your site maintenance domain features are working as expected.

Required Actions

A user with an Administrator role in your NetSuite account should perform the following procedures:

  1. Reactivate Your Site Maintenance Domains
