Inbound Shipment Transfer Ownership

Dear All

We have recently enabled Inbound Shipment on our OneWorld Account Sandbox.

We now see a Transfer Ownership button on the Inbound shipment record.

However we we click it and click save to perform the transfer ownership. it fails and say "That Record does not exist".

Does anyone know if we have missed a step setting up the Inbound Shipment or if we need to enable any other features apart from those listed in the initial guidance for Inbound Shipment?
