Custom Employee Center role - remove List, Search, Audit Trail

Hi Forum,

We have a custom Employee Center role where we need to remove access to below buttons/pages marked in red below: List, Search, Audit Trail. Since these options provide the users with way too much access then they need for the role.

How can I remove these buttons, accesses? I assume with some sort of script? Since on the user role it seems I cannot do much in this area.

In order of appearance of images:

  1. Clicking "Link to invoice" on custom form portlet (saved search)
  2. When Bill is open, user can click "List" - want to disable this
