Searching for a Solution within a Case Entry Form only searches the first word in the title. Ideas?
When a Support Rep is creating a Case record, Netsuite presents a dropdown labeled "INSERT SOLUTION". This pops up a search field that allows you to search for a solution.
Problem is that it is only searching the first words of the titles or abstract--nothing else. I hope we can agree that such a search is almost useless.
I thought about creating a Custom CRM Field that could be used to search through the entire abstract, but quickly realized I don't know how to go about it.
Can anyone suggest a solution to allow a Rep to search for any keywords that might appear in the Solution Title, Abstract AND the "description", i.e. the Solution Body?
