Process/way to Add additional Sales order lines based on an Indicator

Hi Experts,

Is there a way in NS to add additional Sales order lines based on a custom field indicator coming from source system?

For our organizations, the Sales orders are created in SFDC from an Opportunity. These Sales orders are then synced to NS via Middleware. based on a Custom field value, we need to add additional Sales Order line in NS.

We cannot define the Items as KIT as we need this additional SO Line at SO header level and not SKU Level.
