Logging in as Specific Role
A problem some of my users are having:
They have 2 Roles: Employee Center and Regular User Center.
As part of our PO Approval process, they receive an email with a link that takes them to the PO screen. The link is:
https://acct#.app.netsuite.com/app/accounting/transactions/purchord.nl?id=447827&whence=
The problem is, if they last logged out in their Employee Center role, they receive an error message:
"Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'Transactions -> Purchase Order' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator"
If they last logged out as their Regular User Center role, they do not receive this error.
0
