How to create a Saved Search to Show Qty on Hand vs Bin on Hand?

I need a saved search to show the discrepancies between our on hand qty and what is showing as bin on hand qty. I found SuiteArticle 87656 but it refers to {binonhand} which doesn't exist in our enviornment so I get a 'field not recognized' error when trying to follow these instructions. Right now were fixing the discrepancies as we find them but it's very time consuming to stop what your doing and fix that, I'd like to fix them all proactively but first need a way to identify them.
