How to resolve Inventory Item CSV Import error

Hello all,

We are trying to upload a CSV file for inventory items and in our csv template we have external ID, name, display name, etc all correctly filled out and when we try to import we are receiving an error message stating item name/number is a mandatory field yet we have name in our CSV

We tried renaming name to itemid, Item: Item Name/Number, name/number - nothing works, we just keep receiving the same error message =(

Our inventory items start with the letter Z - could this be what is causing the error?

Any help is greatly appreciated
