Why is Tax Rate on Estimates on Shown but is showing in the PDF template?

Hi all

One of my colleagues has pointed out that when we print out our estimates it does not show the Tax Rate. The amount is there but not the rate itself. I have screenshots below:

On the PDF printout, shows the % sign but not the number:

On the template for the PDF, the tag is there:

In the accounting section of one of the Quotes, no tax information show:

But on the underlying template for the record it shows it should be there:

All help greatly appreciated.
