TIPS FOR SUCCESS
- Follow the Deployment Guide. SuiteApps are less forgiving than bundles and have more pre-requisite features and settings inside of NetSuite.

- In particular, note that the SuiteApps are dependent on the Terms of Service features, and the Pre-Requisite settings.Use the troubleshooting tips below if you run into issues. and DO NOT attempt to uninstall anything unless otherwise instructed by support or the resolutions found below.
- For further help, refer to the Support section of the Deployment Guide document. Please include on the submission the suiteapp error log for the failed installation (this can be found here: navigate to Customization > SuiteCloud Development > Deployment Audit Trail and click the download log link for the failed suiteapp installation.)
COMMON ERRORS
Error: To install this SuiteCloud project, the XXX feature must be enabled in the account.
Solution: Verify if the features specified in the Deployment Guide are enabled.
Enable the feature(s) (which may require getting additional modules provisioned) unless this is a SuiteApp that the user shouldn’t be installing.
Error: The [bundleid=XXX,scriptid=customrecord_nav_category.XXX] object referenced by the value field is missing.
Solution: Re-try installing Dashboard SuiteApp.
If install still fails, uninstall Data Import for Dashboard Elements SuiteApp if present and then install/re-install after confirming edition is successfully installed
Error: There cannot be a restrict field on a non custom record type permkey
Solution: Ensure that all bundles and SuiteApps specified in the guide up until this point have been successfully installed.
Error: The manifest contains a dependency on XXX object, but it is not in the account
Solution: Ensure that all bundles and SuiteApps specified in the guide up until this point have been successfully installed. You may recognize which bundle/SuiteApp is missing by the object specified.
Error: Enable the Advanced Shipping feature and disable the Advanced Billing feature in the account to use the SALESORDERSTOPROCESS reminder.
Solution: Disable Advanced Billing feature on the enable features page.
Error: You must enable the SALES and FORECASTASA KPIs in the KPI portlet in the same dashboard to use the ACTUAL_VS_FORECAST combined KPI.
Solution: Disable Alternate Sales Amount feature on the enable features page.
Error: You cannot assign the XXX role to this published dashboard because XXX is inactive
Solution: Re-activate the specified role by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Setup -> Users/Roles -> Manage Roles
- Role: Click Edit
- General Subtab: Unmark Inactive Checkbox
- Click Save
Error: An installation script execution error occurred. Details: {"type":"error.SuiteScriptError","name":"DUP_CSTM_RCRD_ENTRY"
Solution:
- Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Delete Config Data
- Select import_tilenavdata_config.xml
- Click Delete Data
- Retry installation
Note: Expected completion time for the deletion of Config Data is around 2-3 minutes or depending on the number of scripts running in the account. User can check the status of the process by navigating to Customization > Scripting > Map/Reduce Script Status.
Error: An error occurred during custom object creation. Details: Invalid linkid reference key ADMI_PLANNINGREPOSITORY. File: ~/Objects/CenterCategories/custcentercategory_atlas_supply_planning_cat.xml Object: custcentercategory_atlas_supply_planning_cat (centercategory)
Solution:
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
- Go to Items & Inventory subtab
- Enable MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING feature
- Click Save
Error: Procurement Workbooks Error
Failed: An error occurred during custom object creation. File: ~/Objects/Datasets/custdataset_atlas_spendcommitted.xml Object: custdataset_atlas_spendcommitted (dataset) (ldtdy51npl31g0bgubkg)
Solution:
- Ensure that Multi-language feature is enabled
- Re-install Procurement Workbooks
Error: Cannot install SuiteSuccess ERP Core
Validation Error:
Validation Failed: Validation of account settings failed.
An error occured during validation of Custom Objects against the account
Details: An object with script ID customsearch_atlas_ap_late_po_kpi already exists
Details: An object with script ID customsearch_atlas_ap_total_po_kpi already exists
Details: An object with script ID customsearch_atlas_bill_lookup already exists
Details: An object with script ID customsearch_atlas_customer_returns already exists
Details: An object with script ID customsearch_atlas_inv_forecast_rpt already exists
Solution: The SCM Pack Station, SCM Mobile and Oracle NetSuite WMS bundles were installed out of order.
Uninstall out of order bundles and then reinstall along with all of the SuiteApps following the order specified in the Deployment Guide.
