How to get the variable for WooCommerce Products via FarApp Integration?

edited Jan 5, 2023 2:44PM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

Hello NetSuite Guru's!

I'm the in-house developer/graphic designer/and more at our company and we sell pro audio gear online on a WooCommerce based website.

In the last few years we've integrated Farapp to allow us to sync the product data and information between our WooCommerce site and our NetSuite. It's been helpful but we've run into a few minor issues that I was hoping someone could help me resolve.

Firstly - we can't seem to get variable products to appear in the integration, which means we have to separately upload pricing for anything that is a variable product. This adds a lot of extra work and we'd really like to get this figured out as I'd like our pricing people to just implement pricing in NetSuite and then bim bam boom it's also on our site.

Howdy, Stranger!
